Every Day is Sunday

by Andy Riverbed

After habitual complaining, a silent self-reliance, he knows all that lies wrong. In his mind he is a God. Speak to him, you will see. Trust me. He is large, his name is Shaun. He is angry. Talk to him, you will see. Bullying the dance floor; The Slackers; the perimeters of the dance floor, looking for it, throw the bait. Eye contact, him and another, a jubilant deer. Dance the night away, every day is Sunday. It makes sense, doesn't it? Let it infect, musical adrenaline. Mastodon in charge, walk ahead; plan the conflict. You know it. He sees it. Deer child dance the night away. Contact, anger, scuffle; predator and prey. Third party interference. Every day is Sunday. And it goes. Violence, scuffle. Every day is Sunday; and it all makes sense.
